A : If you have not deleted your virtual-disk-file, you can remount
your virtual disk, all the data store on the virtual disk is available.
Q: Can I open the virtual CDROM file create
by WinDiskXP with another virtual CDROM software?
A: Yes, WinDiskXP create a virtual CDROM file in ISO format, generally
every virtual CDROM software support ISO format.
Q: should I unmount all the virtual disk before
shutting down my computer?
A: No, the virtual disk will be closed by system while system is shutdown.
Q: Can I move the virtual-disk-file to another
directory, can I reopen it?
A: Yes, all the data are stored on your virtual-disk-file, you can
reopen it after moved. And you can even move it to another computer
and remount it by WinDiskXP.
Q: Where is the password stored? Could it be
cracked?
A: The password stored in nowhere. The encryption algorithms that
are used in the WinDiskXP were tested for a long time and were approved
all around the world. It is very difficult to break these algorithms,
it requires at least months with several supper computers working
day and night to get the password.
Q: What is the max size of the virtual disk?
A : The max size of the virtual disk could be 4G in FAT32 file system,
and it will be 64G in NTFS file system.
